It is also possible to send them by fax. Instructions on how use different form formatsThe forms are available in PDR, RTF and ASCII formats. You can choose the format by clicking the desired format in the table. To read a PDF file you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. RTF forms can be filled in on the screen, and printed with a word processing programme (e.g. Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect). Alternatively, you can print the blank form and fill it in manually. ASCII forms can be opened with any ASCII text editor (for instance, Notepad). An ASCII form may also be downloaded straight to your browser, in which case you can either print or save it. |
