CESSDA Expert Seminar 2012
This year's expert seminar will be organized by FSD and will be held in Tampere, Finland, on 4-5 October. The seminar will focus on different aspects of acquisition process and license agreements. FSD is inviting presentations and talks on the subject.

Finnish Research Infrastructure Committee Appointed
The Academy of Finland has appointed a national expert group for research infrastructures in Finland. There are 16 persons in the group, with professor Eero Vuorio (Biocenter Finland) as chair and Vice President for Research Riitta Mustonen (Academy of Finland) as vice chair. One of the first tasks is to update the national infrastructures roadmap. In addition, the Ministry of Education and Culture has awarded the Academy 4 M€ to fund Finnish infrastructures.

ISSP Data on Environment and Health
New ISSP data are now available for users. The merged international data on environment, collected in 2010, can now be downloaded from the GESIS Data Archive Online Study Catalogue (ZACAT). The Finnish data on the new module health, collected in 2011, is available from FSD.
